White Subsiding, Green Emerging

Temperatures are pushing toward 50F/10C this week, though not expected to reach it.  Much of the snow cover has melted.  It is comfortable to sit on a bench and soak up spring.

There is still much of the dead brush from fall and winter, but signs of green are emerging. Some as new growth extending.

Some as sprouting leaves pushing through the rubble.

Some appearing in crevices.

And evidence also that plants are not the only life emerging ...
