Today's pictures are on the way to the park. From the ponds on the empty corner lot.
It seems that what varieties of things are not at the park, are at the corner lot pond and meadow. These purple flowers are Prairie Ironweed. Haven't seen any of these at Northwood.
Have been sneezing lately? Perhaps it is because of the patches of Sneezeweed there.
Up near the meadow, I found this insect.
This is a Katydid. For some reason, these remind me of fall. I got more photos, but will share them as overflow through the week.
