Came across this on my walk yesterday. From the top, they almost look like fuzzy antlers, from the bottom there are gills. They are commonly called Split Gill Fungus. The scientific name is Schizophyllum commune.
It's fun to discover new things.
It should be warm in the next few days. Should be nice for walking.
