Although the Pale Purple Coneflowers are still in bloom, another coneflower is starting to overtake along the creek bed. The Eastern Purple Coneflower has broader petals and looks stockier. On the soccer field side of the creek, a few Culver's Root are starting to blossom as well. Early morning is a good time to get out there in this heat.Enjoy!
