While walking along the lake, one hears little 'plunk's. I couldn't help but notice the timid turtles have ventured out to sunbath. I was happy to see and hear so many little ones. The fox and raccoon didn't get all of last year's eggs.

Turtles have started sun bathing near waters edge. They are shy and quickly plop back into the water. But near the bridges, they can be seen swimming.
A group of park walkers sited the big snapping turtle. They told me it is bigger than last year. I've caught a glimpse of it before, but not today.
