Mysterious Tracks

The ground was covered with a fluffy flaky inch or so of snow this afternoon.  The air is colder than normal and not much wind.  I could tell by the untouched snow that not many people had entered the park and  no humans had ventured deeper than half way.  Venturing into the untouched areas I found these twirly tracks.

This swirly was part of a much bigger and elaborate set of tracks.

I have no idea what may have created these.  The paths are small, maybe a mouse?  Or multiple mice?  Was there a dance by the light of the moon?
