This banded mushroom is probably a Turkey Tail or Trametes versicolor. I say "probably" because it has to pass more than an appearance test. Check out the "Totally True Turkey Tail Test" and see what I mean.
A spring-like day today - warm and bright. I thought I might possibly spy a dandelion in bloom, but no such luck. ;-)
