Late Bloomer

Most of this variety of flower are long gone having gone to seed and picked at by the birds.  But, I caught this one growing in the undergrowth.  A late bloomer.

I also noticed a tree full of my name sake - robins!

Can you see him center picture?  The tree was full of them, but most flew away when I neared.  I've seen robins congregate last fall and now again this fall.
