Beauty of Imperfections

Today was a treat: a borrowed camera!  Much appreciation to the Konz family for lending me a nice camera for a time.  One of the things about a good camera is that it picks up more detail.  With the detail, more imperfections are likewise picked up.  Yet, it is often the imperfections which make for unique beauty.
Like the gnarled growth in this tree branch...

Or the strange bump on this leaf...

Or the pitted surface of the moon.
