At the lake outlet, the water is flowing at a good clip. A small pillar of foam has partially frozen and built up with fresh bubbles coming up through the middle. It was about a foot in height.

Shall I Stay or Shall I Go?
Chill winds blew through the night and into today and added some snow. Where the wind blows the snow is hard and crusty with a dune-like texture and look. Yet, areas protected from the wind harbor sticky snow and open puddles of water.
At the lake outlet, the water is flowing at a good clip. A small pillar of foam has partially frozen and built up with fresh bubbles coming up through the middle. It was about a foot in height.
