Butter Eggs Milk and Cherries

The website has been upgraded with a sidebar telling which wildflowers are currently in bloom and found at Northwood Park, or the connecting marsh road.  Click on the flower name to go to an informational link.  Some of the flowers on the list are almost done, but still can be found.  I'll try to keep it up to date.  If you find new wildflowers not on the list - be sure and let me know!  robin-clifton@live.com

Seems food was on the minds of the ones who discovered and named the newly found species today.
These Butter and Eggs were found along the first part of the creek path.
Close by these Clammy Ground Cherries are blooming as well.  They are small and low to the ground.  The blooms face downward.
And lastly, a number of these are scattered along the path.  These are Canada Milkvetch.  Most are still unopened buds.

Enjoy!
