The park was a buzz this afternoon, and not just with the bees. Today marks the kick-off of Duk Duk Daze. This festival traditionally kicks off with an ice cream social at Northridge Senior Home. While many were enjoying the sweets, others were working hard on getting things set-up at the park.
The festival opens at the park tomorrow night at 5:00. Fireworks are scheduled for tomorrow at dusk. This is a change from prior years. For details of events and schedule, please check this link.
