Not that I have seen any take their cats for a walk at the park. But if they did ... I think they should be forewarned that the marsh road is lined with cat distractions of the catnip variety on both sides.

I may be mistaken .. this might be wild mint. I can say this though ... a little sprig seems to get the same wild response from my cat as though it were catnip!
