Tiny green beginnings are starting to carpet the forested areas of the park.

Green is Showing!

The warmer March temperatures are melting the small side pond along the marsh road and showing a little cattail green to come.  Green is making it's way through the drab forest floor and patches of moss are flourishing.

Large Flowered Bellworts

Large Flowered Bellworts are springing up and can be seen in abundance along the forgotten path leading up the hill.  (Behind the bench at the first bridge along the creek.)

Jack-in-the-Pulpits Emerging

Along one of the forest dirt paths, a number of Jack-in-the-Pulpits are emerging.  Not far away, what looks like  Trillium are also showing their leaves.
