There were a couple patches of these.
I also found a patch of another variety: Viola macloskeyi (small white violet).

Violets!
I found a couple of varieties of violets at the park today. This one is Viola sororia (Common Blue Violet).

My "yard" violets have stopped blooming. This year - nothing but foliage. What can I do to make them bloom next spring?
