Hidden Homes

I noticed another birdhouse at the park today.  Although hidden and tucked away, leafless trees reveal secrets for those who look closely!  Both are built for Wood Ducks.  I must confess, however, that I have not sited a wood duck at the park yet.

It seems funny to me that I have walked by this first one several times and just didn't notice it.
This next one is deeper in the brush area near a bridge.  I found this one earlier in the year, after the leaves fell.

It is tucked away in an area difficult to reach.  This was as close as I could get.
